The Bill Hall Culinary Scholarship Fund Donation

Established in 2018 by YEScarolina in honor of the late Bill Hall, our beloved founder and a renowned community leader, this scholarship fund supports aspiring culinary professionals enrolled in the Culinary Institute of Charleston at Trident Technical College.

In partnership with Trident Tech, YEScarolina awards annual scholarships to deserving students pursuing post-secondary education in culinary arts. Priority is given to graduating high school seniors and alumni of YEScarolina’s Entrepreneurship Classes who are recommended or referred by trusted community organizations.

Each scholarship provides a $1,000–$1,500 award per academic year, disbursed in two installments—fall and spring—based on continued eligibility. These funds are designed to supplement federal and state tuition assistance and may be used for essential non-tuition expenses such as books, supplies, transportation, or other costs that support the student’s educational journey.
