Halls Chophouse Charleston invites guests to an unforgettable, 7-course exploration of elite Japanese Takamori Wagyu. Renowned Halls Chophouse Chefs Adam Jakins & Matthew Niessner will showcase the private collection of rare Japanese Wagyu procured during the annual Wagyu World Auction in Tokyo, prepared through the lens of classic steakhouse favorites.

The evening will begin with Japanese-inspired cocktails and a curated selection of seafood and caviar, progressing to a 7-course pairing experience celebrating the unique characteristics of the rare, world proclaimed Takamori Drunken Wagyu from single-origin Iwakuni Farm in Japan's Yamaguchi Prefecture.
