Halls Chophouse Columbia Cocktail Invitational

Halls Chophouse Columbia will host 8 local restaurants for an afternoon of cocktails, creativity and friendly competition at the Halls Chophouse Cocktail Invitational on Sunday, September 27, 2026. Some of Columbia’s most celebrated cocktail professionals will go head-to-head in a lively, two-round cocktail challenge to raise money for Camp Cole, a local non-profit providing camp experiences for children and adults living with serious illnesses or disabilities. 

“The Cocktail Invitational will bring some of Columbia’s best cocktail talents together for a fun afternoon of friendly competition,” explained Ryan Herald, General Manager of Halls Chophouse.  “We’re excited to welcome the public to join us, sample the creativity of our local restaurant teams and help us support Camp Cole, an incredible organization making a difference in the lives of our community members.”

The competition will feature two rounds designed to challenge competitors to think creatively and showcase their bartending skills. For Round 1, competitors will compete in a Seasonal Challenge. Sponsored by Amethyst NA Spirits, each competitor must create a mocktail inspired by their assigned season using an Amethyst NA Spirit.
For Round 2, the Camp-Themed Challenge, both a spirit and a camp-themed concept will be assigned at random. Competitors will create a cocktail and accompanying table décor inspired by one of eight iconic camp themes. Guests will have the opportunity to sample the competitors’ creations and help determine the People’s Choice winners.

Tickets are $65 per person and includes samples of the competing cocktails and light bites. $10 from each ticket sold will be donated directly to Camp Cole.
